Biography

Biography

First I conducted my studies at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) in Budapest, where I finished with a MA Textile Designer degree. During this period I also had a chance to do an Erasmus program at the renowned Aalto University in Helsinki, which further enriched my scope of vision and helped in forming my visual language. Later I continued my academic path as a student of Arts and Design Teacher department finishing with Masters degree.

In my works I examine the notion of time based on internal visions, as well as the state of presence and its situations in different environments. Creation and passing away are eternal and universal aspects of each and everything let it be living or not: permanence is ostensible, since our reality is always only a glimpse away from change. The fiction of permanence, the conservation and stopping of time are expressed in the installations as a desire, which is predominantly rooted in the fear of the unknown.

A thought process that was also leading to the creation of DELTA, an artwork that was awarded with second prize at the Young International Contest of Contemporary Art (YICCA) in Lugano, Switzerland.
